Application Information. When you apply for membership, we collect information you provide in your application, including your name, email, phone number, business name, website, social media links, business description, annual revenue, employee count, and your responses to application questions.

Payment Information. When you complete a payment, your payment is processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments). We do not store your full credit card number or sensitive payment details — those are handled securely by our payment processor.

Usage Information. We collect information about how you use the community, including which resources, videos, quizzes, and assessments you view, and your engagement with community features. This helps us improve the community and, where relevant, protect member content.

Technical Information. We may collect your IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics purposes.

We use your information to:

• Process your application and manage your membership;
• Process payments and manage billing;
• Provide access to member content and community features;
• Send you important communications about your membership, including payment confirmations and renewal notices;
• Monitor and protect member content, including tracking engagement to help prevent unauthorized sharing;
• Improve our community and develop new features; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers. We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the community, such as our payment processor and email service. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Legal Compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.
• Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections in this policy.

Important: Your information is never shared with other members beyond what you choose to share in the community yourself. Your application details, payment information, and personal data remain private.

Your privacy within the community is protected by our confidentiality rules.

Content you share in the community — including chat messages, session contributions, and any information you disclose during calls — is visible to other members. All members are bound by our confidentiality agreement (see our Terms & Conditions, Section 3) not to share member information or content outside the community.

However, we cannot guarantee that other members will honor these obligations. You are encouraged to share only what you are comfortable with, and you should report any breach of confidentiality to us immediately.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Member content and engagement data may be retained after your membership ends to help us investigate and prevent unauthorized sharing of community content, as described in our Terms.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to our legal obligations and the need to retain certain records.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using secure connections, access controls, and trusted service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access to member content is restricted to authenticated, active members. Our platform checks membership status before granting access to any member-only content.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your personal information;
• Opt out of certain communications; and
• Withdraw consent for certain data processing.

The Undiluted community is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify members of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
