Undiluted is a private community for women founders and leaders generating $1M or more in annual revenue. Membership is by application only and subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Revenue Attestation. Your reported annual revenue range is used to place you in the appropriate peer groups and private channels within the community. You attest that this information is accurate. If we have reason to believe your reported revenue is materially inaccurate, we may request verification, and your membership may be suspended or revoked if the discrepancy is confirmed.
Monthly Subscription. Membership is $1,500 USD per month, billed monthly on the same calendar day each month as your original signup date (your "billing anniversary date").
Recurring Billing. Your membership automatically renews each month until you cancel. By completing payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation Notice. You may cancel your membership at any time, but you must cancel at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellations made within 5 days of your billing date may result in the next month's charge being processed before the cancellation takes effect.
No Proration. If you cancel mid-month, your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds or proration are provided. You will continue to have full access to all member content until your billing period ends, at which point your membership and access will be terminated.
No Refunds. All membership fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused membership time, or memberships terminated for violation of these terms.
Founder Bonus Add-On. The Founder Bonus is an optional $250/month add-on available exclusively to founders, granting access to the exclusive monthly founders bonus call. You may add or remove the Founder Bonus at any time from your account. Adding the Founder Bonus takes effect immediately and is prorated to your monthly billing date — you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, then $250/month on each billing anniversary going forward. Removing the Founder Bonus takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — no partial-month refunds or proration are provided on removal, and you will not be charged for it in subsequent billing cycles. The Founder Bonus is billed as part of your monthly membership subscription and is non-refundable under the same terms as your membership.
Price Changes. We reserve the right to change our membership fees with at least 30 days' notice. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.
Charter Member Pricing (Price Lock). As a Charter Member, the monthly rate in effect when you join is locked in for as long as you remain an active member without lapsing — your price will never increase, even as we raise rates for new members. If you cancel your membership and later rejoin, you will rejoin at the then-current rate, not your original Charter Member rate. Maintaining continuous, active membership is what preserves your locked-in price; any lapse in membership forfeits your Charter Member rate.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute on any membership payment, your membership will be canceled immediately and you will be permanently blocked from rejoining the community. Initiating a chargeback rather than contacting us to resolve a billing concern is a serious violation of these Terms. We also reserve the right to block any individual from joining or rejoining the community at our sole discretion.
Referral Discounts. Referral discounts are provided as a thank-you for bringing real, paying members into the community. If someone you refer issues a chargeback or their payment is reversed, or if you received a referral discount in error, you will be invoiced $100 for each affected referral's monthly discount. The invoice will be due within 30 days of issuance. Failure to pay a referral recovery invoice may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

As a condition of membership, you agree to the following confidentiality obligations. These are essential to maintaining the trust, safety, and vulnerability of the women who participate in this community.
Videos and recorded content are for active members only. Sharing them is a serious violation.
We track engagement and access to all content within the platform. If we become aware that any video, recording, or member content has been shared with or accessed by a non-member, we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include:
If you become aware that content has been shared or leaked, you agree to notify us immediately. We take every report seriously.
As a member, you agree to conduct yourself with respect, professionalism, and integrity. Specifically, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove any member who violates this Code of Conduct, with or without warning, at our sole discretion.
Content Moderation. Admins actively moderate all community channels. Any message that violates these Terms or our community standards may be removed at any time without prior notice. When a message is removed, the member will generally receive a direct message explaining the reason. Repeated violations or a single serious violation may result in escalating consequences as described below.
Posting Suspension (30-Day Cool-Off). If your conduct warrants it — including but not limited to repeated violations of community standards, harassment, or any single serious breach — we may suspend your ability to post messages or initiate new private conversations within the community for a period of 30 days. During this cool-off period, you will retain read-only access to community content. A suspension does not automatically terminate your membership or billing obligations; membership fees continue to accrue during any suspension period.
Membership Revocation. In cases of serious, repeated, or willful violations of these Terms or community standards, we reserve the right to permanently revoke your membership. Revocation means immediate loss of access to all community features, content, and channels. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, and you remain subject to all surviving obligations under these Terms, including the confidentiality provisions in Section 3.
The following are examples of conduct that may result in a posting suspension, membership revocation, or both:
All moderation decisions are logged and reviewed. If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, you may contact us to request a review. We will consider your request in good faith, but we retain sole discretion over all moderation decisions.
All content provided through the Undiluted community — including videos, recordings, written resources, templates, assessments, quizzes, and any other materials — is owned by Undiluted and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and use this content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use while you are an active member. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
Content you post or share in the community remains your intellectual property, but by sharing it you grant Undiluted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the community for the purpose of operating and promoting the community.
You may cancel your membership at any time, subject to the cancellation notice and billing terms in Section 2.
Suspension. We may suspend your posting privileges for up to 30 days if we determine your conduct warrants a cool-off period, as described in Section 5. Billing continues during any suspension period and suspension does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Termination by Us. We may terminate or revoke your membership immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you breach these Terms — including the confidentiality obligations in Section 3, the video sharing policy in Section 4, or the Code of Conduct in Section 5. A history of moderation actions, including prior message removals or posting suspensions, may be considered in determining whether termination is appropriate.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your access to all member content, including videos, resources, chat, channels, and community features, will be revoked immediately. All previously paid fees remain non-refundable. Your confidentiality obligations and any other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue in full force after termination.
The Undiluted community and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific results from your participation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Undiluted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your membership or use of the community.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your membership shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your membership will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Undiluted operates.
You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the community after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
In-person gatherings are separate from your membership and are paid per event.
Waitlist. When a gathering is full, you may pay the full ticket price to hold a priority waitlist spot (limited to 5 per gathering). Priority holds are promoted to a real seat automatically when one opens, with no additional charge; if the event fills without a seat for you, your hold is fully refunded. You may instead join the free notify list — when a seat opens and no priority holds remain, every notify member is emailed and the first to complete registration claims it.
Cancellation — paid tickets (direct registration). You may cancel for a full refund at any time up to 48 hours before the gathering. Within 48 hours, your seat is released to the waitlist and you are refunded only if another member fills your seat and attends. If the seat goes unfilled, no refund is due. This is because on short notice we may not be able to fill the seat, and we commit to rooms, catering, and travel based on confirmed headcount — an empty seat on short notice is a real cost to the community. Refunds for late cancellations are settled after the gathering, once we know whether the seat was filled.
Cancellation — paid waitlist holds. If your priority hold is promoted to a seat, you may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the gathering (since you may have received the seat on short notice). Within 24 hours, the same refill rule applies — you are refunded only if another member fills your seat and attends. A hold that is still on the waitlist and has not yet been seated may be canceled for a full refund at any time.
Refunds. All refunds are issued to your original payment method. For late cancellations, we settle refunds after the gathering once we confirm whether your seat was filled, and email you the moment your refund is processed.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to collect visitation information about how visitors use our site and app, including pages visited, time spent, traffic source, device and browser information, and similar usage data. This information is used to understand and improve our site and app and is collected in accordance with Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Your Privacy Rights & Disclosures. We acknowledge that we have the necessary privacy disclosures and rights from our end users for the collection and processing of their data, including the association of such data with the visitation information Google Analytics collects from our site and app property.
No Sale or Sharing of Your Data. We do not sell, rent, or give your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Information collected through Google Analytics and other analytics tools is used solely to operate, understand, and improve our site and app, and is never sold or transferred to third parties in exchange for value.
